Muzaffarpur hospital blaze kills 3 patients, leaves 20 injured
A controversy has erupted after Monalisa Bhosle, who gained prominence during the Kumbh Mela, accused a film director of misbehaving with minor girls under the pretext of offering film opportunities. Speaking at a press conference in Kerala, she made serious allegations while also claiming that she and her husband are facing death threats.
Bhosle alleged that the director engaged in inappropriate conduct with underage girls and described his actions as “disgusting.” She refrained from naming the individual but asserted that she would not associate with him professionally. The accusations have sparked concern, though no official response from the accused has been reported so far.
During the interaction, she also highlighted that she has been targeted following her recent public appearances and personal decisions. She claimed that posters featuring her have been burnt and that threats have been issued against both her and her husband, creating an atmosphere of fear and insecurity.
Bhosle appealed to both the central government and the state governments of Kerala and Madhya Pradesh to intervene and ensure their safety. She emphasized that the situation requires immediate attention and protection from authorities.
Addressing controversy around her personal life, she defended her marriage, stating that it was conducted according to Hindu rituals and rejecting allegations made against her husband. She reiterated her respect for all religions and expressed concern over attempts to create divisions and spread misinformation.
