The UP government is taking strides towards enhancing the online house tax collection process in Lalitpur by developing a mobile app. Initiated by UP Electronics Corporation Limited (UPLC), the app will be seamlessly integrated with a web portal featuring essential facilities such as a payment gateway, geotagging, and on-site data updating. The comprehensive web portal will also facilitate survey processes, billing, and efficient data management.
The mobile app, a 'one-stop solution,' aims to provide convenience for residents by enabling them to pay house taxes with a simple click. UPLC's development will not only benefit citizens but also serve as an effective tool for officials, allowing them to conduct surveys, manage MISE data, and streamline counter-based house tax collection.\
The application will handle various tasks, including construction allowance based on structure age, central taxes, commercial rental calculations, and property surveys. The upcoming web portal will integrate billing software and budget accounting for a comprehensive and efficient system.
