Today, a 5-member delegation representing Trinamool visited the Delhi Election Commission to formally lodge a written complaint against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Speaking on behalf of the party, spokesperson Shashi Panja expressed concerns about the BJP's alleged exploitation of government agencies, even amidst ongoing elections.
She emphasized, "BJP is making full use of agencies even during elections." The complaint submitted to the Election Commission detailed instances of purported misconduct by BJP leaders, alongside allegations of agency misuse.
Baharampur Congress candidate and State Congress President Adhir Ranjan Choudhary has said that "the Center and BJP are using the trident called investigation agency. The public will teach a lesson in the elections." Adhir said "that elections are never fought on the basis of investigative agencies."
