Man booked for having sex with 70-Year-old mother's dead body

Accused, who reportedly took the corpse from the hospital where the elderly woman was admitted with a lung disorder, is said to be mentally unwell. A post-mortem examination is scheduled

Man booked for having sex with 70-Year-old mother's dead body

In a shocking incident in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, a 22-year-old man has been accused of engaging in a disturbing act with the corpse of his deceased 70-year-old mother. The incident came to light when two students residing in a nearby hostel captured the act on a mobile phone and promptly informed the police.

The accused has been booked under section 297 of the Indian Penal Code, which pertains to offering any indignity to a human corpse. However, as of now, no arrest has been made. Police investigations have revealed that the accused may be suffering from mental health issues, adding a complex dimension to the case.
