'No hawker eviction this month', orders Calcutta HC in Raliway land encroachment case
A man died after allegedly falling from a moving express train near Belda Railway Station in West Medinipur on Sunday morning. Local sources said the sudden fall created panic and commotion inside the railway station area. Passengers and people present nearby rushed to the spot after the incident, while the matter was immediately reported to the authorities.
After receiving information, Railway Police reached the location and recovered the body. The body was later sent for post-mortem examination as part of the investigation process.
