Manas Bhunia blames for DVC sudden water release as West Medinipur battles floods | Watch

Irrigation Minister Manas Bhunia has blamed the Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) for the floods in West Medinipur. He stated that the DVC failed to keep its promise and released water without informing the Bengal government. Bhunia added that, on behalf of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, arrangements are being made to provide relief materials, medicines, and shelter for the flood-affected people.
