In a heartbreaking turn of events, Koel Dalui’s death has revealed a history of alleged abuse and turmoil. Koel, who married Suman Mandal three years ago after meeting him through the 'Free Fire Game,' faced severe issues throughout her marriage.
According to her family, there was frequent discord and Koel suffered both physical and mental abuse, with constant demands for money. The situation deteriorated significantly, leading Koel to leave her husband’s house and stay with her father about 7-8 months ago.
However, five days ago, her husband took her back to their home, which preceded the tragic incident. On Thursday evening, at around 8:30 pm, villagers informed Koel's family of her death. When the family arrived, they discovered numerous wounds on her body, suggesting severe violence.
An FIR has been filed at Budge Budge police station, leading to the arrest of Koel’s husband and father-in-law. The police are investigating the case further, and Koel’s body has been sent for a post-mortem to ascertain the cause of death. The family is seeking justice for the tragic end to Koel’s troubled life.
