Metro services suspended at Rabindra Sadan on Dum Dum line

On Thursday at approximately 4:55 PM, metro services on the Dum Dum-bound line at Rabindra Sadan metro station were suspended after a person attempted to jump onto the tracks. As a result, train movement was halted in both directions on the affected line. Rescue teams are currently working to safely retrieve the individual from the tracks. Metro officials have confirmed that efforts are ongoing to restore normal service as quickly as possible. Passengers have been advised to use alternative routes during the disruption.
