Nawazuddin Siddiqui's house help accuses him for abandoning her in Dubai without food, money

Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui has been accused by his 20-year-old domestic help for abandoning her in Dubai without money or food. Sapna Robin Masih was hired in November 2022 to look after the 48-year-old actor's children while they studied in Dubai. Advocate Rizwan Siddiquee, who is Nawazuddin's wife Aaliya Siddiqui's lawyer, shared the video and statement on Twitter.

Rizwan shared the video and wrote, “The video and my statement speaks for itself. Government authorities are requested to urgently rescue domestic help @Nawazuddin_S from Dubai where the girl is in solitary confinement@cgidubai @UAEembassyIndia @LabourMinistry @HRDMinistry @MEAIndia @CPVIndia @OIA_MEA (sic).”

Nawazuddin Siddiqui moved to Dubai with his wife Aaliya and children Shora and Yani in 2021. In November 2022, Aaliya moved back to India and their children followed in the last week of January. Masih was left all alone, Rizwan said. He told MidDay: “Now Masih is all alone in a Dubai house whose rent has not been paid. He has nothing to eat at home. It's ironic that she got a residence visa but has nothing to eat at home."

He further claimed that Nawaz was paying Masih's salary only for the first month. “She was told that her salary would be adjusted according to the visa fees,” the lawyer said, adding that the Sacred Games actor did not pay rent or electricity bills. “If she is not rescued immediately, she will be left without money, food or shelter in Dubai for the next two to three days as the relevant department will cut the electricity connection after she leaves the rented house,” he added.
