NCP leader Baba Siddique shot multiple times and dies in Mumbai Hospital
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar found himself in the spotlight once again as he made a slip of the tongue regarding the target of the NDA alliance. Addressing the public during a meeting on Wednesday, Kumar stated that the aim of the NDA was to secure over 4,000 seats instead of stating the actual figure, 400 seats.
The incident occurred as Nitish Kumar addressed the audience at Dhaniklal Mandal High School in Pipron, Laukahi, during an election meeting for the 2024 Lok Sabha Elections. Reflecting on the developmental strides made since November 2005, Nitish stated, "all kinds of work has been done in the entire state."
However, Kumar's statement took an unexpected turn when he inadvertently mentioned the NDA's target as exceeding 4,000 seats, deviating significantly from the alliance's actual goal of securing more than 400 seats. Realizing the error, Kumar swiftly corrected himself, reiterating the NDA's objective of winning over 400 seats in the upcoming elections.
