Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar wins floor test in Bihar assembly, Opposition walks out. 
 
Earlier, BJP MLA Nandkishore Yadav tabled a motion to oust Bihar Assembly Speaker and RJD leader Awadh Bihari Choudhary from his position. Following the motion, Awadh Bihari Chaudhary was subsequently removed from his role as Bihar Assembly Speaker, setting the stage for heightened political tensions within the Assembly chambers.

Asserting the commitment to uphold the rule of law, Bihar Governor Rajendra Arlekar reaffirmed the Nitish Kumar government's dedication to maintaining order and stability in the state, underscoring the significance of governance and accountability in Bihar's political framework.

During his address to the Assembly, CM Nitish Kumar launched a scathing attack on the 15-year rule of Lalu Yadav and Rabri Yadav, highlighting instances of communal unrest during their tenure. Kumar's speech emphasized the need for effective governance and stability, positioning his government as a departure from the alleged mismanagement of previous administrations.
