During an NDA rally in Aurangabad, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar pledged unwavering support to the NDA coalition, affirming, "...I disappeared (from NDA) for some time but now I am with you." This declaration, made in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, underscored Kumar's commitment to the alliance as PM Modi chuckled in response. The rally, marking PM Modi's first visit to Bihar since JD(U) rejoined the NDA, witnessed the two leaders reaffirming their camaraderie amidst a pledge for development.
PM Modi, addressing the gathering, emphasized the government's focus on uplifting the poor and marginalized communities in Bihar, unveiling development projects worth ₹21,400 crore in Aurangabad. Governor Rajendra V Arlekar, CM Nitish Kumar, and several Union ministers were among the attendees as PM Modi highlighted the end of dynastic politics in Bihar and the coalition's strength, envisioning a victory of over 400 seats in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
