"Pathaan" global box office haul: Shah Rukh Khan film made Rs 988 crore in 25 days

Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer Pathaan collected Rs 988 million gross worldwide. Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film is an all-time blockbuster and has been an incredible success at the domestic and overseas box office. Pathaan collected Rs 3.32 crore nett in India on its fourth Saturday, including Rs 3.25 crore in the Hindi version and Rs 0.07 crore in the dubbed versions.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the box office collections of the film on his Twitter handle. He wrote, “Pathaan continues to score on weekends… Picks up speed on [Fourth] Saturday [MahaShivratri holiday]: National chains + meat pockets witness upward trend… Cross Rs 500 cr mark [Fourth] Tuesday… [4 week] Fri Rs 2.20 cr, Sat Rs 3.25 cr. Total: Rs 493.60 cr. Hindi. India's biz. He added, “Pathaan: Tamil + Telugu [4 weeks] Fri Rs 5 lacs, Sat Rs 7 lacs. Total: Rs 17.82 Cr. NOTE: Pathaan: Hindi + Tamil + Telugu *combined* biz: Rs 511.42 cr. India's biz. Net BOC."

Pathaan has now registered $45.35 million in overseas territories alone, while the net collection in India stands at Rs 511.42 crore, including Rs 493.60 crore from the Hindi and Rs 17.82 crore from the dubbed versions. The total worldwide gross stands at Rs 988 crore, including Rs 616 crore from the domestic and Rs 372 crore from the international box office.

Pathaan is now the highest grossing Hindi film in the history of Hindi cinema worldwide, and also the highest grossing film in the YRF spy universe! Pathaan, Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai and War are part of Aditya Chopra's ambitious spy universe. The film also stars John Abraham, Dimple Kapadia and Ashutosh Rana.
