PM Modi mops Kalaram Temple, leading 'Swachhata Abhiyan' in Nashik

In a demonstration of his commitment to cleanliness, Prime Minister Narendra Modi actively participated in the 'Swachhata Abhiyan' at Nashik's Kalaram Temple in Maharashtra on Friday. The video depicts the Prime Minister cleaning the vicinity near a tree at the Kalaram Temple in Nashik using a bucket and mop.

Additionally, PM Modi urged citizens to join cleanliness drives at temples nationwide as part of the preparations for the consecration ceremony of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, scheduled for January 22, 2024. Aligning with his dedication to cleanliness, he initiated the Swachhta Abhiyan to tidy up religious sites, starting with the Shree Kalaram Mandir in Nashik.

After leading the cleanliness drive, PM Modi offered prayers at Ramkund in Nashik. Addressing a youth event, he highlighted the potential of first-time voters to inject new energy into democracy, envisioning India's youth as ambassadors of yoga and Ayurveda.

This event marks another instance of PM Modi actively participating in the Swachhata Abhiyan, reinforcing the importance of cleanliness and hygiene among the citizens.
