In a significant proposal, Prime Minister Modi suggested hosting a virtual G-20 session at the end of November to evaluate the recommendations and decisions formulated during the recently concluded leaders' summit held in New Delhi. He emphasized that India's presidency would extend until November 30, granting over two months for India to continue leading the G-20.
During the concluding session of the G-20 summit, Prime Minister Modi formally handed over the presidency to Brazil, extending his best wishes for their forthcoming tenure. Brazil is set to assume the presidency of the G20 on December 1, marking the transition of leadership within the elite group.
