PM Modi wishes speedy recovery to Didi, check her response

PM Modi on Friday extended his heartfelt wishes for the speedy recovery of WB CM Mamata Banerjee after she suffered a 'major accident' at her residence on Thursday.

Taking to the social media platform X, PM Modi expressed, "I pray for a quick recovery and the best health for Mamata Didi."

Soon after CM Bannerjee responds, "Greatful for your prayer and good wishes, PM Narendra Modi ji. Thank you."

An official statement confirmed that Mamata Banerjee's condition remains stable, with reports indicating that she had a restful night under the vigilant care of doctors at SSKM Hospital.

Following treatment, Mamata Banerjee has been discharged from the hospital with three stitches on her forehead and an additional stitch on her nose.
