Police bust mini gun factory in Khagaria, arrest two individuals

The joint operation carried out by the police and STF in the Mufassil police station of Khagaria district has yielded significant success. Acting on a tip-off, the police raided a mini-gun factory located in a maize field in Jangli Tola Diyara of the Mufassil police station area. The police seized numerous tools and several completed and partially completed firearms from the site.

Additionally, two individuals have been apprehended. Superintendent of Police Amitesh Kumar provided details about the case, stating that an artisan and the operator of the illegal mini gun factory were arrested during the operation. The individuals arrested were identified as Chhedi Yadav, son of Bhola Yadav from Jangli Tola of the Mufassil police station area, and Ranveer Yadav, son of the late Rajo Yadav.

The recovered items include 2 pistols, 3 magazines, 2 partially completed country-made pistols, 3 country-made rifle barrels, 1 cartridge, 4 baseplates, 1 hand drill, 15 sandpapers, 2 lacquers, 3 hammers, 3 chisels, 1 sarsi, 3 saws, 1 plastic pharma for Katta, 1 partially manufactured pen, 1 magazine base, and 5 springs.

The STF and the Mufus station in-charge Ratesh Kumar Ratan, along with police sub-inspector Gunjan Kumar, were part of the raiding team. Further investigation is going on.
