Priyanka Gandhi Vadra condemns Gaza violence, labels killing of over 10,000 people as "Deplorable"

 Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra expressed strong condemnation for the ongoing violence in Gaza, labeling the killing of over 10,000 people, including a significant number of children, as "deplorable and disgraceful." Gandhi emphasized her disapproval of governments supporting this destruction and criticized the lack of shock to the conscience among those endorsing the "genocide." In a social media post, she highlighted the alarming situation, with children being killed every ten minutes according to the WHO, and infants forced out of incubators due to a lack of oxygen.

 Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Congress general secretary, took to social media to denounce the escalating violence in Gaza, stating that the death toll has surpassed 10,000, with nearly half being children. Expressing her dismay, she questioned the lack of shock among governments supporting this destructive conflict and called for an end to the continuous bombings, violence, killings, and suffering.

Gandhi's criticism comes amid reports of ongoing conflict between Hamas and Israeli forces, resulting in casualties on both sides. Israeli officials report over 1,200 civilian casualties, while the Hamas-run health ministry in Gaza claims a higher toll, emphasizing the devastating impact of the conflict on the region.
