Rahul Gandhi rescued amid 'Attack' in Assam; controversy surrounds four Ram lalla idols in Ayodhya temple

In a recent incident during the 'Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra' in Assam's Sonitpur district, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi was rescued by his security personnel and party workers after a large crowd, including individuals carrying BJP flags, gathered around the yatra. The Congress party alleged that their workers and leaders were attacked by BJP supporters, and further claimed that vehicles were vandalized while media persons accompanying the yatra were "manhandled" by the BJP crowd. The situation escalated as security personnel swiftly moved Rahul Gandhi inside the yatra bus to ensure his safety.

Meanwhile, in Ayodhya, as the pran-pratistha of the 51-inch idol of Ram Lalla sculpted by Arun Yogiraj is scheduled for Monday, the Ram Temple is set to house a total of four Ram Lalla idols. Apart from the existing idol, the new one placed at the sanctum sanctorum, and two additional idols that were not selected for the pran-pratishtha, all four idols will remain in the temple according to the authorities.
