In the ongoing RG Kar murder case, the RG Kar Resident Doctors Association has intensified its demands following the brutal rape and murder of a junior doctor. Today, the association called for a judicial inquiry into the case, insisting that hospital authorities involved should resign and submit written apologies.
The doctors also demanded an official apology from the Kolkata Police Commissioner for the alleged harassment of protesters. They further called for adequate compensation for the victim's family and enhanced security measures. The protestors are adamant that these steps are essential to ensure justice and prevent future incidents of violence.
