Salman Khan’s travel and participation in the tour come amid heightened security concerns. Over the past few months, Salman has been a target of death threats linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. The threats followed the killing of Baba Siddique on October 12, 2024, outside his son’s office in Mumbai. This incident raised concerns for Salman’s safety, leading to increased security measures during his public appearances. Salman was seen traveling with his trusted bodyguard, Shera, during his recent airport visit, and security was visibly tight around him.
In addition to his performance in Dubai, Salman Khan is currently hosting Bigg Boss 18. However, due to his travel commitments for the tour, Farah Khan will temporarily take over hosting duties for the Weekend Ka Vaar episode this week. Salman’s busy schedule includes multiple responsibilities, from his role in television to preparing for upcoming film releases.
Salman Khan is also working on several high-profile films. One of his major upcoming projects is Sikandar, directed by AR Murugadoss and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The action film, which also stars Rashmika Mandanna, is set for release during Eid 2025. Salman and Nadiadwala previously worked together on successful films such as Kick and Judwaa. Additionally, Salman is preparing for the release of Kick 2 and Tiger Vs Pathaan, two major action films in collaboration with Yash Raj Films.
