Seat sharing strategy on the INDIA Coordination Committee meet today, Abhishek Banerjee absent

The inaugural meeting of the Coordination Committee for the 'Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance' (I.N.D.I.A.) is scheduled for September 13, 2023. This meeting, hosted by NCP chief Sharad Pawar, will involve discussions on key topics like the seat-sharing formula and strategies for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in 2024.

The Coordination Committee comprises 14 leaders from various opposition parties, aiming to forge a united front against the BJP in the upcoming elections. The meeting aims to address concerns regarding seat allocation and the selection of joint opposition candidates to challenge BJP contenders.

However, Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader Abhishek Banerjee will not be in attendance at this meeting due to his summons by the Enforcement Directorate in Kolkata on the same day.
