In a much-anticipated wedding event, Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra and politician Raghav Chadha are scheduled to tie the knot on September 24 in Udaipur. Despite maintaining secrecy about the date and venue, wedding preparations are reportedly in full swing.
Sources have revealed that Raghav Chadha will lead his baraat (wedding procession) from Hotel Lake Palace to Hotel Leela Palace via a boat. The couple is expected to partake in their pheras, a Hindu wedding ritual, around 3 PM on the wedding day.
The Sangeet ceremony for Parineeti Chopra is rumored to be themed around 90's music, promising a nostalgic celebration. The couple has made accommodations for approximately 200 guests, with the menu featuring Punjabi and Rajasthani cuisines. Guests will be welcomed in accordance with Rajasthani customs and rituals, and the mandap (wedding venue) will be adorned with special white flowers sourced from Kolkata and Delhi.
Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha's engagement took place in May at Delhi's Kapurthala House, witnessed by close family and friends.
