SRK hurt in an accident during US shoot, undergoes surgery

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan suffered an injury to his nose during a shoot in the United States and underwent minor surgery to address the issue, recent reports confirm.

The incident occurred while the actor was filming for an undisclosed project in Los Angeles.

According to sources cited by ETimes, during the shoot, Shah Rukh Khan accidentally hurt his nose and began to bleed. He was immediately rushed to the hospital, where doctors determined that a minor surgical procedure was necessary to stop the bleeding. Following the surgery, the actor was seen with a bandage on his nose.

Shah Rukh Khan has since returned to his residence in Mumbai and is currently in the recovery phase. The beloved actor recently celebrated his 31st anniversary in the Hindi film industry, expressing gratitude for the opportunity to entertain audiences throughout his career.

In his most recent film, "Pathaan," Shah Rukh Khan received accolades for his role, and the movie became the highest-grossing Hindi film of all time, collecting over ₹540 crore at the domestic box office.

Fans can look forward to Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming projects, including "Jawan" and "Dunki." Directed by Atlee, "Jawan" is set to release on September 7, featuring co-stars Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara.

Additionally, the actor will make a cameo appearance in Salman Khan's "Tiger 3" before taking on the lead role in Rajkumar Hirani's "Dunki," alongside Taapsee Pannu. "Dunki" is scheduled for release in December 2023.
