Stree 2 achieves milestone: ₹400 Crore worldwide box office collection on day 7

Stree 2, the horror comedy sequel starring Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor, has had another impressive day at the box office. The film's lifetime collections have now exceeded twice the earnings of its original, Stree. While the original Stree, released in 2018, was a surprise hit and grossed Rs. 130 crore throughout its run, Stree 2 has already doubled that figure within just seven days. This rapid success highlights the film’s strong reception and growing popularity.

Stree 2 has made significant strides at the box office, emerging as the second-highest grossing Indian film of 2024 so far. With nearly ₹370 crore in worldwide collections, it has surpassed several major films of the year.

Stree 2 is the second-highest grossing Indian film of 2024, trailing behind Kalki 2898 AD, which has grossed over Rs. 1100 crore.
