Surbhi Chandna accuses Vistara airlines of luggage misplacement and mental torture

Renowned Indian television actress Surbhi Chandna has voiced her dissatisfaction with Vistara Airlines, accusing them of mishandling her luggage and subjecting her to mental distress. In a detailed note shared on her Instagram handle, Surbhi revealed that one of her bags was off-loaded midway during her flight to Mumbai, and despite her attempts to contact the airline for assistance, she received no satisfactory response. The actress expressed frustration with the airline's staff, labeling their approach as "unprofessional and unapologetic."

Surbhi Chandna did not mince her words as she criticized Vistara Airlines, awarding them the "WORST AIRLINE" title in her post. She stated that a priority bag was offloaded without clear reasons, leading to a day-long ordeal with no assurance from the airline regarding the bag's whereabouts. The actress pointed out the incompetence of the staff, highlighting false promises and significant delays. Surbhi urged her followers to think twice before choosing this airline, emphasizing the mental harassment caused by their actions.

As of now, Vistara Airlines is yet to respond to Surbhi's complaint.
