Tech startup CEO accused of forcing assistant to sign 'sexual slavery' contract

A shocking lawsuit has emerged against Christian Lanng, the 45-year-old co-founder and former CEO of San Francisco-based tech company Tradeshift, accusing him of subjecting his assistant to years of forced sexual slavery and abuse. The woman, identified as Jane Doe, claims Lanng forced her to sign a slavery contract just months after her hiring as his executive assistant.

She claims Lanng forced her to sign a nine-page contract stipulating her perpetual sexual availability and submission to his directives.

The contract reportedly outlined explicit terms, demanding the assistant's perpetual sexual availability, including specific actions such as kneeling and asking if she could do anything for Lanng. The contract also allegedly set weight requirements and specified that the assistant must accept any punishment without expressing anger or frustration.

Lanng was terminated earlier this year for "gross misconduct on multiple grounds" after management learned of "serious allegations of sexual assault and harassment" against him. Lanng, however, denies the allegations, asserting that the sexual relationship with his assistant was consensual.
