In New Town, a clash erupted between two factions of the Trinamool Congress during a blood donation camp on Sunday. The sudden pushing and shoving, along with chairs being thrown, created a tense atmosphere. Eyewitnesses said the camp’s small entrance caused the crowd to swell, during which two supporter groups of Sabyasachi Dutta—the Bahar Ali Lashkar group and the 'Kala' faction—clashed. Soon, chaos engulfed the event venue.
