Uttarakhand tunnel collapse: CM Dhami inspects site, affirms priority to evacuate trapped laborers

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami conducted a ground inspection at the site of the tunnel collapse near Silkyara in Uttarkashi. The incident involved a landslide trapping workers inside the Silkyara Tunnel. During the inspection, CM Dhami assessed the progress of ongoing rescue and relief operations and personally visited the tunnel to oversee the status of the efforts.

He emphasized that evacuating the trapped laborers is the government's top priority and directed officials to expedite the relief and rescue work.
