A tragic incident occurred in Alwal, Hyderabad, when a young doctor, identified as T. Prince alias Shrestha, was found dead at her residence following a dispute with her family over a pet cat. Police recovered her body and sent it for autopsy while an investigation into the case is underway.
According to police sources, Shrestha had recently brought a cat home, which led to repeated arguments with her mother and grandmother. The family reportedly disapproved of keeping the pet, and tensions escalated over time. In addition, Shrestha had been suffering from minor health issues, including cold and cough, which reportedly aggravated the disagreements. On the night of the incident, Shrestha’s mother and grandmother had gone out on errands. When they returned, they found no response from her and became suspicious. They later discovered Shrestha’s body hanging in the house, prompting them to alert the authorities.
The police have registered a case of unnatural death and launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident. The tragedy has shocked local residents and highlighted the emotional strain that personal disputes can create within families.
