Suti police station has successfully apprehended a youth identified as Arif Iqbal, a resident of Kaliachak in Malda district, for possession of an illegal firearm. He was arrested after being found in a suspicious condition in the area adjacent to Madhupur under Dhoti police station's jurisdiction. Upon questioning by the police, a gun and five rounds of live cartridges were recovered from him.
