Youth ties dog to rope, swings it from terrace in shocking video

A disturbing video has surfaced showing a youth tying a dog to a rope and swinging it from a terrace, sparking outrage among animal lovers. The incident, uploaded on Facebook influencer Brijesh Lal's 'Comedy Official' page, depicts the youth callously dropping the dog towards the ground and swinging it back up, treating the helpless animal as a prop for supposed comedy.

They highlighted the cruelty of the act and criticized Lal for exploiting animal abuse for online content. Ajay Joe, one of the voices rallying against the incident, circulated the clip on X and tagged Home Minister Amit Shah, urging strict action against such inhumane behavior.
