Tapas Mandal, who was arrested in the much talked about teacher recruitment corruption case of the state, has claimed that Kuntal Ghosh, who was arrested in the same case, has all the information related to the corruption.
Meanwhile, Tapas calls Kuntal a magician saying that he knows everything and there is nothing that he does not know.
Earlier, through a letter to the court, the ED had claimed that the recruitment corruption is about 150 crore rupees. Regarding this, Tapas claimed that the corruption is more than 350 crores. Tapas Mandal along with other accused have been produced in court on Thursday.
Kuntal was arrested on the trail of Tapas Mandal. After that, he was interrogated and found out about Santanu Banerjee, who is currently under arrest. Now Santanu's close relatives are also being arrested. It includes another accused named Ayan Sheel from whose house an OMR seat related to the appointment in Kolkata Municipal Corporation was also found.
