Jharkhand's Rajarappa minor sexually exploited in the pretext of marriage

A case of sexual abuse of a minor girl on the pretext of marriage came to light in Badkipona under Rajarappa police station on Wednesday. The minor's mother filed a complaint against the Chitarpur youth at the Rajarappa police station on Tuesday.

According to the application lodged at the police station, a 20-year-old young resident of Chitarpur sexually assaulted her daughter on the pretext of marriage. Later, when pressure was created to marry, he withdrew.

She also stated that the 20-year-old has been in a relationship for about a year. He also clicked objectionable photos and videos and is now blackmailing the girl. The young man also arrived at her house on the night of June 10 and forcibly picked up the daughter and took her to the garden and had a physical relationship.

He dropped the girl in front of their house at 2 am. When the girl came home, she reported the incident. In June she called the young man to her house and asked about the whole incident, then he held her daughter's hand and said, "Mom, I love her and I will marry her and make her my wife."

Now the young man refuses to marry and asked her to forget everything that happened. Due to this incident, the girl is subjected to psychological harassment. The police should take action against the youth and get justice. In this regard, Station Manager Harinandan Singh said that he has noticed the matter. The action process is ongoing.
