In the latest update of the ICC women's ODI rankings, Indian cricket star Smriti Mandhana has risen to the 6th position, while her captain, Harmanpreet Kaur, dropped to 8th place.
Mandhana now holds 704 rating points, while Harmanpreet follows closely with 702 points.
Among Indian bowlers and all-rounders, left-arm spinner Rajeshwari Gayakwad and all-rounder Deepti Sharma are the sole representatives in the top 10, with both moving down one spot. Gayakwad secures the 9th position among bowlers, while Deepti ranks 7th in the all-rounders' category.
Sri Lankan Chamari Athapaththu's brief reign at the top of the ODI batters rankings ended as Australia's Beth Mooney reclaimed the top spot after her impressive performances against England, scoring 81 not out and 33 in the first two ODIs.
England's Nat Sciver-Brunt moved up two spots to No.2 in the batters' rankings, achieving a career-best rating of 763. Her all-round prowess also elevated her to the top spot in the all-rounders' rankings with a career-best rating of 402 in ODIs.
Meanwhile, England captain Heather Knight demonstrated her skills by guiding her team to victory with an unbeaten 75. This earned her a four-place jump to No.14 in the batters' rankings, tying with New Zealand's Sophie Devine.
Australia's versatile all-rounder Ash Gardner continued to shine with brilliant performances, securing career-best ratings as the 8th best bowler and 5th best all-rounder in the latest rankings.
