A court in Ranchi today sentenced devil-in-disguise Anmol alias Kanti to life imprisonment.
Kanti killed two including his girlfriend Silki and her boyfriend Anurag Vishwakarma and buried them in the Ratu graveyard.
An FIR was registered in this regard on January 11, 2019 after the bodies were pulled out one by one. First Vishwakarm's body was found and then Silki's body was found.
Silki has been missing since December 25, 2018. The fix came when the police were looking into Silki's missing person case. Sujata Kumari Veenapani was in the city of Ranchi at the time of the crime. Both were hacked to death.
Kanti is a resident of Dhobi Mohalla in Suryapuri under Pandra police station area.
