The NJP police station made a grim discovery on Sunday as they recovered the lifeless body of 28-year-old Ganesh Vishwas from Ambikanagar. Ganesh, a resident of Ghatpada in Ambikanagar, was found hanging in an empty quarter, as reported by local residents who alerted the police.
In response to the information, NJP police promptly reached the scene, recovered the body, and transported it to the North Bengal Medical College and Hospital for post-mortem examination. The police have initiated an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding Ganesh Vishwas's death, probing whether it was a case of murder or suicide.
