Vin Diesel faces sexual assault accusations from former assistant; Lawsuit filed in Los Angeles

Actor Vin Diesel, known for his role in "Fast and Furious," is facing serious allegations of sexual battery from his former assistant, Asta Jonasson. In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles on Thursday, Jonasson claims that Diesel forced himself onto her in a hotel suite in Atlanta in 2010, leading to a series of disturbing incidents.

According to the lawsuit, Jonasson alleges that Diesel forcibly advanced on her, groped her, and engaged in explicit acts against her will. She claims to have been fired hours later by Diesel's sister and president of his production company, Samantha Vincent, who allegedly dismissed Jonasson because she resisted Diesel's sexual advances.

The lawsuit accuses Diesel and his company of creating a hostile work environment, negligent supervision, and wrongful termination. Diesel's attorney, Bryan Freedman, vehemently denies the claims, calling them "outlandish" and emphasizing that there is evidence refuting the allegations.

Jonasson's attorney, Claire-Lise Kutlay, states that the lawsuit aims to hold Diesel and those involved accountable for their actions and hopes it empowers other survivors to speak up against sexual assault and harassment.
