On Sunday morning, Samajwadi Party's Ballia district president, Rajmangal Yadav, lost his life in a road accident near Lohia Park, Lucknow. The incident occurred as Rajmangal was riding his scooter after a morning walk, and a speeding vehicle collided with his scooter. Despite immediate medical attention at Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, Rajmangal died.
Rajmangal Yadav's political journey began at Murali Manohar Post Graduate College in Ballia, and he later served as the District Panchayat President. Recognizing his understanding of the political landscape in the Fafna Assembly, the Samajwadi Party appointed him as the District President, where he held significant influence from Ballia to Lucknow.
Party officials expressed shock over the incident and announced plans to meet with the Deputy Commissioner of Police to request a thorough investigation into the road accident. The accident on an apparently empty road in the morning have raised suspicion among the party members.
