BJP State President and former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi said that Chief Minister Hemant Soren has come to know that he is going to go to jail. Even on the seventh summons of ED, he has not responded. He also raised questions on MLA Sarfaraz Ahmed's resignation from the membership of the Assembly and said that CM Soren is trying to secure power. There is a lot of political activity in Jharkhand at this time.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has so far sent summons to Chief Minister Hemant Soren seven times for questioning in the illegal mining scam, but the Chief Minister has not appeared even once. He says that this summons is illegal and he is being targeted simply because he is not associated with the party which is in power at the Centre.

The matter gained momentum due to Sarfaraz's resignation.
Meanwhile, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha MLA Sarfaraz Ahmed from Gandey Assembly constituency also resigned from the membership of the Assembly, leading to various speculations. It was speculated that after the resignation of the MLA, Kalpana Soren is preparing to contest elections from Gandeya assembly seat. However, later CM Soren rejected it and said that it is the brainchild of BJP.

BJP State President and former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi has always been vocal on this entire issue. While talking to the journalists, he said that Sarfaraz is neither ill nor going out anywhere, then why did he resign suddenly and even by accepting his resignation immediately.

"The CM will have to go to jail" said Babulal Marandi. He further said, ED has summoned the Chief Minister of the state for the seventh time and he is running from here to there. So in such a situation it seems that the seat has been made vacant for a non-MLA. The Chief Minister of the state has now come to know that some day we will have to go to jail. Just as Lalu of Bihar had secured power for Rabri Devi, the situation is similar here. taken. In such a situation, it is natural for questions to arise in the mind.
