West Bengal Parliamentary Affairs Minister Shobhandev Chattopadhyay expressed dissatisfaction on Wednesday during the Question Hour in the assembly when the MLA who had submitted a question was found absent.
Visibly perturbed, Chattopadhyay conveyed to the Speaker that legislators who submit questions during the designated Question Hour should cultivate the habit of being present in the House for the entire duration and attentively listen to the responses provided by the respective ministers.
