Their peaceful outing turned traumatic when a group of 12 to 15 allegedly intoxicated youths struck their parked scooter. Upon voicing their protest, the couple faced physical assault and molestation, exacerbating the distress of the victims. While the Taliganj police station initially registered a complaint, concerns arose when they reportedly neglected to address the molestation charges. In response, the victims took proactive steps to seek justice by lodging a formal complaint via email to higher authorities, highlighting the need for comprehensive investigation and accountability.
