Congress leaders voiced their frustration, claiming that the arrest of Sandeep Ghosh for financial irregularities is an attempt to divert attention from the more pressing issue of the rape and murder case of the victim from R.G. Kar Medical College.
They accused the authorities of using the financial investigation as a distraction from the main case, which has sparked widespread public outrage.
