A school bus carrying children met with an accident near Fulbari Traffic Point on Monday. Fortunately, all children on board escaped unharmed, although two individuals in another vehicle sustained injuries and were taken to the hospital.
Eyewitnesses claim that the school bus driver appeared intoxicated, which may have caused the accident. The bus reportedly collided with two other vehicles in the area. In response, Fulbari Traffic Police and NJP Police quickly arrived at the scene, taking the driver into custody for questioning.
Following the incident, the authorities ensured the safe transportation of all children in another vehicle. Both the school bus and the other vehicles involved have been seized by the NJP Police as they launch a formal investigation into the matter.
