According to reports, multiple rounds of gunshots were fired into the air during the event, which included six teams from different states participating in the tournament.
Manikchak police confiscated five firearms used during the incident and have begun a detailed investigation. Authorities are verifying whether the firearms were legally licensed and identifying the registered owners. A senior police official confirmed that the guns have been sent for forensic examination to determine if they were used in compliance with safety protocols.
Police have not disclosed any arrests yet, and no comments have been issued by the club organizers regarding the gunfire.
