The Madhyamik examination began today across West Bengal under the administration of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE). Jadavpur Balika Vidyalaya has been designated as an examination center for 294 candidates from five schools: Katajungle Swarnamoyee, Jodhpur Park Girls, Tollygunge Girls’ High School, and Santoshpur Rishi Aurobindo Narmada High School. Exam halls have been set up with seating arrangements, invigilators, and necessary facilities. MLA Debashis Kumar and Councillor Mausumi Das welcomed students with roses, curd tilak, and bottled water at the center.
Security measures have been implemented at all examination centers, with police personnel and invigilators monitoring the process. Entry procedures were regulated, and students were required to carry admit cards and necessary documents for verification. The WBBSE has issued strict guidelines on invigilation, seating arrangements, time management, and prevention of malpractice. Schools have arranged drinking water, medical assistance, and other essential services for students. Exams started at the scheduled time, and authorities are overseeing all centers to ensure smooth and disciplined conduct.
