Kolkata scorches as temperature rises 3°C above normal, no rain expected | Watch

Summer has arrived early in Kolkata, making it difficult for people to cope with intense heat and humidity. On Wednesday, the city's maximum temperature was recorded three degrees above normal. According to the Alipore Meteorological Department, there is no possibility of relief from the heat in the coming days, as no rainfall is expected. On the contrary, temperatures may rise further.
