ISIS India head, Saquib Nachan dies in Delhi hospital after brain haemorrhage
A daring robbery occurred in Salt Lake's GC Block last night when a gang of five thieves broke into an unoccupied Indian house. According to police sources, the robbers struck between 1:30 AM and 2:00 AM, breaking the main gate lock to gain access to the property. Local reports reveal that the house owner is currently abroad, and the ground floor houses a caretaker's family, who did not observe any suspicious activity during the incident. The house also has an office on the first floor, and a college campus is located nearby.
Upon investigation, police found that the suspects used unregistered vehicles—a scooter and a bike—to approach the house. At around 1:30 AM to 2:00 AM, five individuals were spotted near the property. When the police attempted to question them, the robbers allegedly showed firearms, leading to immediate suspicion. Following this, a police patrol car arrived at the scene, but by then, the thieves had already fled the area.
The thieves reportedly made off with a substantial amount of cash and valuable documents from the house. The Bidhannagar South Police have launched an investigation, reviewing CCTV footage and other evidence to identify and apprehend the culprits. The authorities have not made any arrests yet, and the investigation is ongoing.
