DVC water release triggers flood fears in Bengal; Nabanna slams uninformed move | Watch

The release of excess water by the Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) has intensified flood threats across several districts of Bengal. Paschim Medinipur is already witnessing waterlogging, and many areas of Ghatal are also beginning to flood. Amid this crisis, Nabanna has strongly objected to DVC’s unilateral action, stating that the water was released without any prior notice.
