Delhi High Court restrains Patanjali from disparaging Dabur Chyawanprash in ads
Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee chaired a high-level meeting at the state secretariat Nabanna on Wednesday to review the preparations for three upcoming religious events—Ulta Rath Yatra, Shravan Mela, and Muharram. The meeting was attended by senior officials from the Home Department, Kolkata Police, Kolkata Municipal Corporation, Health Department, Transport Department, and other related agencies.
The Chief Minister directed all departments to ensure timely and adequate arrangements, keeping in mind the sensitivity of the events. Specific instructions were given regarding law and order, crowd management, medical assistance, sanitation, and traffic regulation. Coordination between departments was stressed to avoid any delays in implementation.
She stated that “maintaining communal harmony, brotherhood, and peace in the state is our top priority.” She added that “the state government will remain fully alert during these religious events, and any kind of negligence will not be tolerated.”
